The Enterprise Systems' Help Desk Organization offers your business remote technical support. Featuring friendly, experienced professionals and utilizing the latest technology, remote support gives your business cost and time-effective technology solutions.

The Enterprise Systems' Help Desk Organization has two components:

(1) PIMS - Proactive Infrastructure Monitoring Services
Enterprise Systems' PIMS remotely monitors your business-critical network components like Servers, Firewalls and Routers in a pro-active manner. We continuously check the status of your system, focusing on Event Logs, System Logs, Disk Space, Virus SW and Back-up Systems. Early detection allows us to take corrective measures before these components start malfunctioning. There are no restrictions to the number of issues handled by PIMS.

PIMS assures minimal down time for your computer system, giving you an advantage in your ongoing effort to maximize your business' productivity and availability.

(2) RDS - Remote Desktop Support
Enterprise Systems' RDS service puts you in immediate contact with a friendly and experienced technician and utilizes the latest technology and processes for remote desktop support. There are no restrictions to the number or length of calls.

Enterprise Systems' RDS includes applications, operating environments and computer peripherals. No special software installation is needed on your desktops for this support.

Help Desk Service Options
The Enterprise Systems' Help Desk Services are available on a Time & Material Basis, as Pre-Paid Time-Blocks or on a Contract Basis. A contract will assure you unlimited support with the highest priority and also assure you aggressively discounted prices for any on-site visits necessary. Both PIMS and RDS are available per user or per desktop and are offered in 1, 2 or 3-year contract packages.
