Enterprise Systems Acquires Global Village Systems

GOLDEN, Co., June, 17-Enterprise Systems, a local technology solutions provider, announced that it has acquired Global Village Systems, a firm specializing in the deployment of server-based computing solutions. This transaction will provide both Enterprise Systems' and Global Village Systems' customers with comprehensive technology solutions from network design to deployment and maintenance.

"The acquisition will add depth and breadth to our skill base," said Enterprise Systems Founder and President Rob Piwowarczyk. "Now we have staff specifically dedicated to running our Helpdesk, and we've got more engineers with Citrix, Microsoft, UNIX and Linux expertise. We'll be able to offer even more options to our customers when we talk about network design. It's very exciting."

The acquisition will increase Enterprise Systems' client base by forty-percent, and launch them into new vertical markets including banking and financial services, healthcare, legal and accounting. "We're looking forward to working more in these markets," said Piwowarczyk. "The need for network security is huge in these areas, and we've been shoring up our expertise here. We can really put our Secure Computing and Cisco VPN/Security expertise to work for our new clients."

The combined companies will operate under the Enterprise Systems company banner with all Global Village Systems employees relocating to Enterprise Systems' Golden headquarters. Piwowarczyk will remain Founder and President.

"The merger worked out really well for both parties. Both companies have been in business for eight years and are in similar stages of the corporate cycle. There's a natural synergy with our skill bases, and our employees. It positions us well for growth," said Piwowarczyk.
